County of Orange Services for the
Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program
RFP No. 012-2831101-RG
On or about September 2, 2026, the County of Orange (County)/Orange County Office on Aging (OoA) will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified applicants to provide Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (SNEMT) services for Orange County's Office on Aging.
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide demand-responsive, non-emergency medical transportation services for eligible adults age 60 and older who do not have reasonable transportation alternatives.
The County/OoA have funding available to contract for SNEMT services for FY 2027-28. Funding is divided among three service areas in Orange County: North, South, and Central/West. Private non-profit, public, and for-profit agencies that meet the requirements outlined in the RFP are eligible to apply. Funding is subject to availability. This notice does not guarantee that funding will be awarded.
The County reserves the right to accept any proposal as submitted and to reject any or all proposals. The County also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this solicitation at any time, in whole or in part.
